CWA Development is the managing entity that is responsible for developing the Residences at The Little Nell. Comprised of three highly successful business ventures, CWA's member businesses have developed and managed a broad range of high profile, high-end custom residences and commercial buildings throughout the United States including locally St Regis Hotel Aspen, Colorado Gold club and luxury single-family homes.
In creating the Residences at The Little Nell, the visionaries of CWA set out to build the perfect private residence club on the fabled slopes of Aspen Mountain, in the heart of Aspen. Drawing upon more than 30 years of experience and hundreds of millions of dollars in residential and commercial real estate, they pooled their knowledge to build the Residences at The Little Nell. With a team of seasoned professionals by their side, CWA shares a passion for excellence and a track record of stewardship and success.
